CAREER QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY: •Progressive experience in Engineering including project, product, design and drafting calculating design parameters and development for product integrity and production which done largely unsupervised and self-motivation •Experience of project management and capable of working in a diverse, creative environment to achieve consensus decisions with a given deadline and project budget •Read and understand technical prints and translating to drawings of mechanical structures that related to commercial and industrial structures. Experienced with ANSI drawing and tolerance standards •Research new products/services and developed relationships with any new and existing suppliers •Develop product application manuals, product specifications, product quotations and Engineering submittals •Interactively solve manufacturing, vendor and customer technical issues to products and/or projects •Coordinate with the Purchasing department all purchase orders for internal and external customers •Creation, revising and issue change notice of product drawings/documents to Production department •Ensure final drawings of proposed sketches; check dimensions and requirements of product materials to be used and fit-form-function of product design to consolidate/standardize design and facilitate effective cost of production •Prepare, issue and maintenance of production drawing packages for production •Experience with ASME, ASTM, ANSI, CFR, DOT, SAE and Military Specifications •Proficient in PC literacy, Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, SAP, MAPICS and R-Base(MRP) along with 100 hours of Solid Works training and 50 hours of Pro Engineering training for 3-D CAD design and practical use
