ID activities requiring special equipment, and identify procured materials required. • Verifying sub-contractors schedule logic and durations are realistic and achievable to support the Projects contractual completion date. • Perform job-site walks, and Sub-contractors vendor, visits to verify their performance worked percentages are correct and reconcile to their invoice payment submittals.. • Develop of delay claims data, using Claim Digger and Primavera for sub-contractors cost-schedule delay to baseline schedule. • Produce from the active Project baseline schedule the necessary charts, plots, histograms, and reports for management visibility for change impact.. • I personally have used these software management tools to accomplish the above tasks for the last twelve years, and have my own personal licensed copies of some (P3,P6, Claim Digger, MS Project Office Tools, Micro-frame {MPM}.
