OBJECTIVE Seeking a Program or System Engineering Management position where improving performance, taking ownership, responsibility and meeting objectives and schedules are critical. SUMMARY Strong contract program management experience of high reliability technical space, military, medical, telecomm and commercial programs. Extensive UV-VIS-IR optical metrology, electro-optical, semiconductor, printed circuit board and module level engineering, manufacturing, test and integration and optimization experience. Strong skills in partnership, teambuilding, decision-making, organizational leadership and new product development. Excellent presentation skills. A proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding program objectives and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and corporate management at technical, financial and executive management levels. Proficient using EVMS, MRP, PowerPoint, MS Project, Excel.
