I have over fifteen years in (GAAP) accounting experience and to utilize my experience to benefit the company's profitability. Leadership is important within my duties and responsibilities. I have a great depth of knowledge and experience managing, cross training, and implementing company policies, and procedures within management, and staff employees. Inventory Processes and Controls were greatly improved. Inventory Losses went down to less than four percent and held to the minimum. The inventory volume was up to twelve million dollars at any quarter end close (LIFO and FIFO). I have a high concentration of knowledge within the cash management operations and management. Actively managed nine different (separate) cash accounts with our accounting department. Provided in-depth analysis to financial details and summaries. These accomplishments of mine are provided on a daily basis, monthly basis, "as needed" within the manufacturing environment and industry. Analyzed labor costs, product cost in detail, and provided manufacturing and warehouse estimates in a timely manner. I am detailed and often referred to as the "go to person" within the various departments.
