To acquire a Continuous Improvement Manager position, with the intent to help the business identify their "system's constraints", through T.O.C, and utilizing Lean-Six Sigma to stream line processes to reduce inventory, operational expenses and improve efficiency. In addition, I would also like to help coach/mentor the company in lean principles(waste elimination) and help guide change management, that is required to sustain any business process improvements.
