I consistently remain in the top 5% of my peers in sales and service. I have been mentoring, motivating, managing and developing personnel since 1986, when I joined The United States Marine Corps. I have practice experience creating and facilitating relationship selling classes, sales and customer service training classes, sales presentation classes, coaching and providing positive reinforcement feedback classes, train-the-trainer classes, team development classes, operational process and procedure classes, and fleet management training for over twenty years.
