Elementary or Special Education teacher
I am a transplant from NYC working with a Masters Degree in Childhood Education, Grades 1-6 and Special Education. I worked as the head teacher in a very challenging setting for emotionally disturbed students. I did my graduate school thesis and student teaching in the autism field. I worked per-diem as well throughout New York City's heavily urban special education system (District 75). I have been a researcher of autism therapies and have had real successes with hard to reach students.
