Organize and coordinate all purchasing, production and shipping aspects of plant. Hiring and firing Select and train plant supervisory and administrative staff. Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules and conducting employee performance reviews. Also responsible for the product quality control and safety of the plant .Making sure all audits goes well P&L and putting budgets together follow all FDA rules and regulation bring cost down and building a great team. Also get new business In 10 months raising sales up from $400,000 to $700,000 and this years after signing a contract will bring the sales up another $3,200,000
