Commercial Real Estate Professional
Through 10 years of experience in the real estate finance industry, I am seeking a more capital markets oriented function as a CMBS or whole loan trader (primary or secondary markets trading/distribution) position within a bank, private equity fund, or other financial institution. I would also continue in my current business and pursue a position as a commercial real estate loan originator given my approximately 7 years of RE underwriting experience to-date with primarily large private developer in Manhattan.
