My experience in the culinary field has been both hands-on as well as academic. I have enjoyed working as a chef and it has allowed me the opportunity to work around the world in such places as New York, Florida, Texas, Hawaii, Colorado, Las Vegas, St. Barth, Sweden, Spain, China, and Hong Kong. At this point of my life, after starting my own restaurant venture which lasted two years and subsequently having to close due to the down turn in the economy, I am ready for a new adventure in my culinary journey with a professional organization where I will beable to use my skills and talents
