Within my career I have accomplished and wish to keep accomplishing by managing these companies that are struggling in this economy right now.In addition to helping companies that are trying to survive, I am phenomonal at helping those that would love to expand their Business Development in this market, and have the business capital behind them, but need the management and guidance to take them to the next level. I have never failed at any one of my clients' requests as my references can easily be forwarded to you.They will tell you first hand how not only did I increase their sales, but also streamlined their operations. As far as what I would love to do long term,it would be a position to where I can overlook multiple HOME DEPOTS and see where we are falling short in branding,marketing,cater more to the contractor, find a way to get them in and out alot quicker. Improve the quality of product that we provide to our contractors,so that we can take business from places like Alside,Bradco,ALLIED etc. Get a few key people in each store that know nothing but true contractor products and needs and know all about servicing contractors.I still talk to my contractor friends and this is exactly what they are looking for. Invest in a few Boom trucks per each store, a few spider trucks and in areas like Staten Island,Brooklyn,Manhattan just to name a few maybe buy one crane per store as EPDM is HIGHLY lucrative and the only other suppliers that supply it,but are'nt capable of servicing them and they sure are not able to afford to stock them.
