I believe my experience can meet the need of any company. I have shown that over the 30 years I have spent in the sales and service workforce I have been able to deliver on all aspects of the job. I have held a number of key management positions with each company, facilitating continuous growth for each business. My recent position was as General Manager for Linc Services, a HVAC Service provider (with direct business development and financial oversight). This position enabled me to lead in every aspect of the company including service operations. My interactions were with many top-level executives and customers. Also, I directed a service sales force which continually achieved their annual quotas. Other highlights included the establishment and administration of establishing Linc Services as a preferred vendor on the U.S. General Service Administration (GSA) Schedule. Prior to working for Linc Services I worked as a consultant for several companies that were looking either to establish a service business or to evaluate the performance of their business. This led me to help make significant changes to their operations and get their service business back on track for successful growth. My financial background is extensive. I worked as the Regional Controller for York International, where I aided in the growth of several geographical offices to obtain consistent profits. This consistent growth can be attributed to my management of P&L, as well as in developing annual strategic business plans. Also, my background in financial analysis work has led to major cost savings for each company and the calculation of burden rates that developed their true hourly cost. In addition to my extensive experience, I have excellent communication skills which allow me to motivate both customer and employees alike.
