Prior to working for Linc Services I worked as a consultant for several companies that were looking either to establish a service business or to evaluate the performance of their business. This led me to help make significant changes to their operations and get their service business back on track for successful growth. My financial background is extensive. I worked as the Regional Controller for York International, where I aided in the growth of several geographical offices to obtain consistent profits. This consistent growth can be attributed to my management of P&L, as well as in developing annual strategic business plans. Also, my background in financial analysis work has led to major cost savings for each company and the calculation of burden rates that developed their true hourly cost.
