My experience in short.  10 years of experience in IT industry(2 years development & 7+ years testing) with 3+ years as Manager/lead and client facing role in “The Netherlands”.  Good experience in managing embedded software development and testing (V&V) in medical devices and avionics in both products & applications.  Release tracking, define the quality metrics and on time quality delivery.  Rich experience on project planning, resource allocation & management, build/ release/ environment coordination and scheduling the activities in offshore/onsite model.  Very good expertise in End to End test project management/lead activities in client site for different applications and products for parallel releases on different domains (Travel & Logistics, Telecom, Medical Devices and Avionics).  Manage/Lead/ Coordination experience in both Manual and Automation testing projects.  Recommendation for quality guidelines, reviews, standards, tools identification, procedures, etc….  Hands on experience on software validation & verification on electronic products, functional, non-functional, cross-functional, witness, unit, integration, system, regression, data migration, functional, embedded testing (kernel device driver, infuser pump, test harness, etc…) and testing on Telecom Portals with Oracle Applications(Siebel CRM - OM, Fusion Middleware FMW - SOA, BI Publisher for reporting, BRM for billing), OTM, GL, AR, AP & Cordys BPM, E2E test management tool MQC & HP QC (10, 11-ALM).  Align and control the environments & builds for the test levels (ST, SIT, E2E, FIT & UAT) with different stakeholders in parallel releases based on the priority.  Strong Team Player, Quick Learner, Good Communication, Analytical, Interpersonal and Team building skills.
