I am seeking the professional opportunity to lead in an educational setting as an administrator; perform as a school leader of instruction, programming, supervision and evaluation; align the school plan with district, state and federal guidelines. My educational philosophy includes embracing an empowering environment, as we engage all stakeholders with their collective vision to frame an aligned standards-based system, continually upgrading skills, educational values, and accountability of teaching and learning. My administrative priorities include analyzing data within a learning community, problem solving collectively and collaboratively with all stakeholders to make global connections for student success; build the school climate to fully embrace student proficiency and lifelong learning which extends to the community and families; imploding the division of teaching and learning with professional development and a clearly-defined evaluation tool.
