Having held senior management roles in dealer distribution involving construction and mining equipment, I have been directly involved in maximizing the contribution of the dealership in realizing the objectives of their stakeholders. I have served on key dealer advisory councils and have seen first hand what strategies have proven successful, and which have not. Having run as many as 12 distributorship locations simultaneously, I know how to keep branches accountable, efficient and successful. Having run a business on cash flow, I appreciate the importance of a strong working relationship with the financial institutions. I am seeking a position that will make use of my experience in sales, marketing, rental, repair and replacement part supply. A key aspect of the company cultures which in my experience have proven most successful is a true commitment to exceptional customer service and complete “cradle to grave” product satisfaction. This long term perspective, combined with a judicious stewardship of assets in combination with active expense control has resulted in improved market share and profitability everywhere it has been embraced. My work experience has a geographical range from Alaska to New Orleans and from San Diego to Maryland. Additionally, I have lived and worked in three overseas locations and have experience in dealing with the many subtleties of international business relationships. My education includes degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Liberal Arts. I am passionate about my work and am a team player more concerned about what we can accomplish together than by who will get the credit.
