clinical lab scientist

I am seeking an entry level position in Management. I'll start at the door so that I can look at the organization with a fresh eye. I have a vision for the large scope of things. I will not become side-tracked with any small details except to bring them inline with the organizational goals. Even though it is impossible to achieve the organizations directives from an individualized approach, I encourage the input of each individual and will personally know each member of the team on a one to one basis in a few months. Success is not accomplished by chance and failure is not a random event. Success begins with a clear vision of what the desired outcome looks like and thoughtful planning is the roadmap by which success occurs. The implementation of these steps drawn out in the planning stage are the critical areas where a sharp focus is key, and the ability to adjust and realign during these critical points requires that vision of desired outcome to remain centralized at all times. I am willing to work under an intership basis for up to 90 days for the right opportunity. It is in both of our best interests to consider me first for the job.
