Engineering & Maintenance Manager - 14 years experience in electrical assembly industry and in the last 4 year I have been being manager.
In the beginning I worked as a Process Engineer for the IBM in HDD assembly production (5 years). My next job was at the Flextronics as a leader engeineer then later as an Engineering Manager. I have managed several new product implementations and led many improvements in the electrical assembly (PCBA and mechanical assambly)(7 years). In the last two years I have been working in the plastic industrial. My main resposibility is to lead the maintenance department (30 engineers, 90 maintainers).
