I have 27 years of experience working in plant services. I have the skills and expertise required to run a world class Maintenance Department. I have managed multi-site Facilities. My extensive training in OSHA, MSHA, EPA and DEP rules and regulations ensures that my department will maintain a safe and healthy environment for the employees at your company. I have successfully developed effective PM and TPM programs aimed at minimizing downtime. My subordinates have grown professionally through the training programs I helped set-up. These added skills by the employees maintained the competitive edge needed to keep business and maintain equipment reliability. As a result many enjoyed pay increases to match their new abilities which provided incentives to stay with the organization. I have had Six Sigma and Cost Improvement training so I can better implement plans to improve cost efficiencies and cost reduction procedures at your facility. Having been responsible for Capital Investment Programs, I successfully incorporated new technology into the companies I had worked for, aiding future growth. New equipment research, purchase, installation, and implantation where part of the responsibilities I had taken on. I would like to finish my career with one company.
