I am a successful Quality Assurance and Product Safety professional with over 22 years of high-level expertise in a varied of manufacturing facilities for Read-to- eat and raw food manufacturing plants (and product lines) where critical controls designed to reduce and/or eliminate biological, chemical and physical hazards (HACCP) are critical to the manufacture of safe product.
