Working in the histopathology department as a senior technecian: Tissue processing (embidding, sectioning, staining …etc). Cytology. Fine needle aspiration (FNA). Muscle bx (muscle stains: ATPase at PH 4.25/4.6/10.6, NADH…etc). Frozen section Nerve bx (nerve stains: Biel Schowsky method, Holmes method …etc). Immunohistochemistry (115 tumor markers).
