To start a second career in my life that I can dedicate myself to since I'm too young to stay at home. I actually started with Bellsouth when I was l7 and advanced my way up and retired at 47. Took retirement to find another career I could start on. I've had as many as 1500 employees reporting to me at one time. So I've been through all the management/employee human resource type of training and I've also been through technical training as well.
