Civil / Structural Professional Engineer - 13 years experience

I'd like to give you a brief overview of my skills and experience. I am confident that I could bring value to EPB Associates, Inc., as a Structural Engineer. My attached resume shows the highlights from my years of professional experience. I have two Bachelor of Science Degrees in Civil Engineering and Architectural Studies from the University of Nebraska and am a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas. During my 13 years of experience, I have honed the skills necessary to succeed in this position. I have designed many different types of buildings throughout my career using both standard design and construction methods as well as pre-engineered metal buildings. I am proficient with many different engineering design software programs. In addition my experience as a structural design engineer I have worked for several years as a geotechnical engineer in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and am very familiar with the varying soil conditions of this region and the issues they can cause. I have also spent a significant amount of time on construction project sites performing special inspections, QA/QC inspections and observation, safety instrumentation installation and monitoring, and materials testing.
