Loan Officer

I am a licensed mortgage loan officer in Michigan and Florida with over 23 years of experience in residential and commercial mortgages with a strong back ground in reverse mortgages and excellent phone skills. I have an extensive knowledge of the title industry which comes from building a title company from ground up and from working with and for various title companies in Michigan and Florida. Currently I am originating mortgage loans for the 4th largest home improvement company in the country and processing them myself, my strengths are in inside and outside sales, phone cold calling and the ability to be a self starter. I also have over15 years of experience in quality control, short sale and loan reduction and modification negotiations. I have come to view most loans in an abstract way because of the current lending environment and in most cases I can close the loan because I know how to package the loan correctly and I am prepared when there are issues that arise from first time home buyers and slightly bruised credit borrowers and older or senior clients that need reassurance in applying for a reverse mortgage.
