Telecom engineer(Customer service executive) - 3 Years experience - Bharti Airtel Ltd , Tata Communications Ltd
I have 3.5 years experience in Telecom industry related to Customer Service. I have worked with 'Bharati Airtel' which is one of the giant Broadband & Cellular service provider in India. I have worked with Airtel for almost 3 years and was handling activation of Voice & Broadband connections through Order Management software (Kennan Arbor). I was also handling the customer queries related to the activation services. I used to handle preparation of MIS report using MS Excel. Then I moved to 'TATA Telecommunications' as a 'Relationship Executive'. I have worked with them for 6 months before moving to USA. I used to coordinate & provide technical support to the customers for there problems related to their Leased Lines operations.
