Processes excellent written and Verbal Communication Skills. Processes extensive knowledge in Applications and Development concepts as well as Technical Communication Principles and Concepts (SDLC). Client-Server experience includes: IBM Mainframe connections, Internet, and Protocols. Considered very adept at problem solving and designing creative and innovative solutions from simple, moderately complex and Complex technical requirements for business and governmental computer applications, (508 compliance, etc.) which include technical writing and oral skills.
