Responsible for Civil activities and other related project functions which included ensure that the inspection procedures and project Specifications were adhered to and required inspection/test had been performed. Supervise and review drawings to verify quantities and installation requirements consolidate all test results, review and approve LSTK and sub-contractor's inspection and test plans (ITP's) and method statement (MS) Monitoring implementation of contractor's approved plans, drawings and specification/processes. Attend contractor's weekly Progress Meetings and report status to the Project Management Team (PMT). Witnessed concrete pouring and inspection of shuttering/reinforcement of foundations/structures, concrete slabs, pre-cast concrete wall panels, including erection of pre-engineered building structures, soil field density test (FDT's), shuttering & reinforcement for foundations/walls of sea water intake structures.
