• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patients care needs carefully. • Closely observes patients and provides nursing care while executing proper and accurate measures for patients. • Carries out physician orders. • Monitors and records significant findings and notifies physician and head nurse as needed. • Administers prescribed medications in various routes safely and accurately. • Performs monitoring and assessment of vascular accesses. • Demonstrate an ability to be flexible, organized and act appropriately under stressful situations. • Analyzes and coordinates patient’s discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. • Provides age and culturally appropriate care. • Follows standard universal precautions at all times.
