Five years from now, I will be in a leadership position and thriving in my future role because I know I would put in the time to learn my job and perform better at it than anyone else due to my extreme hard work ethic and quickly learning objectives. Once learning any objective, I quickly can turn it around and demonstrate why it is effective and how to build upon that idea. During the next five years, I plan on continually improving upon my impressive array of skills that I have attained already and giving my employer no other option than to look at myself as the "Go-To" person to get the job done right.
