Highlights:

Within the scope of my current position I have led an interdisciplinary team to relocate the agency from several sites, the total redesign of work spaces, coordination of a move of 450 FTEs. All was accomplished on time and and on budget. I led the effort to significant change working conditions for about 80 staff in one unit including a shift to laptop computers, cell phones and web based work products allowing the employees to maximize productivity. I have also been responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of major special events including 4-5 day events involving more than 5,000 people, meals, travel, housing, programs, press and concessions. I have designed programs, written policies and procedures, I have proposed and led several distinct process improvement activities involving broad interdisciplinary teams I achieve 100% on time and on budget compliance in all of my activities Successful transition of a workforce of 1500 to HRIS payroll and personnel systems.
