As a teacher i aim at listening and understanding my audience in order to be in a position to deliver the necessary skills and knowledge. I also aim at an interactive learning /teaching where the child is core. To achieve the above i also strive to be relevant through employee enhancement programs. Have English communication skills to help me understand my content and the best methodology to help learning take place effectively. Duty minded , ready to adjust according to comparative curriculum differences and ready to guide and counsel my learners to help them make the best out of limited resources and time. Being a special education teacher i strive to assess, rehabilitate, habilitate and provide empathy to my students as they develop their self esteem, identity and satisfaction. The main goal being to bring a permanent positive change: socially, emotionally and economically. The best thing i can make a land mark is leaving a legacy to be reckoned by whoever i interact with which will also help me feel respected and touched.
