I am a seasoned Social Worker who has worked in a number of capacities with adult Mentally Ill and Substance Abuse Clients. I have used Cognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, rational emotive therapy and other therapies to work client individually or in groups. I have works in teams with Psychiatrists, Nurses, Physicians and community agencies. I have used computer programs to document. I perform Intakes assessments and evaluations and can give diagnosis with the DSM-V. I have worked with Medicaid, Medicare and Private Insurance to provide quality treatment. My documentation is of quality and timely done. My goal is to increase the quality of life for each individual with whom I work and to continue to enhance my skills.
