I have consistently managed projects from conceptual (planning) to construction (final plans/close out) while staying within budget and on schedule. With over 20 years of experience managing turn key, fact track, high profile design/build projects on the Local, State and Federal levels. I feel I have the necessary skills to fulfill all of the aspects and challenges of this position.
