I made it a point to understand every aspect of what is done at the Center. By using my mentoring skills, I was able to motivate and guide 2 amazing women to management positions. Two years ago I took a seasonal position with Spirit Halloween. As a store manager, I was allowed to hire and train a team that allowed us to exceed our sales goal by over 40%. This same team helped raise over $8,000.00 for the Spirit of Children program in a matter of weeks, one dollar at a time. The next summer I returned as a District Manager – I led 4 stores and the roller coaster days were always exciting. My stores earned over $25,000 for Spirit of Children, and consistently won highest percentage of donations throughout the zone. My path once again led me to a new adventure with Williams Lea. In the few months that I was there, I learned to fine tune the art of negotiation, and compromise. Taking my customer service skills to a new level. I was responsible for Print, Hospitality, Facilities, Catering, and Mail along with anything else that our client desired. My strongest attributes are flexibility, creativity, the ability to learn quickly, outstanding customer service and the proven ability to motivate others to accomplish great things. As always, I am excited to see what is waiting for me.
