I am highly motivated and goal-oriented software professional with programming experience in commercial applications. My ability to adept to New technologies and creating / maintaining an excellent relationship with clients led to my rising from a junior programmer to the post of a Project leader in a software development company in a span of 9+ years. The company has a variable mix of clients ranging from SME’s to large corporations. During my tenure I got the experience of analyzing and implementing small projects independently and was the senior team member in large projects working directly under the guidance of Partners. In the last few years my responsibilities included training the juniors setting programming standards doing quality control checking of programming codes written by junior / new staff members.
