For my future, I am determined to work toward helping all nursing and nursing students to obtain the best possible education, whether they are soon to be nurses or are nurses who want to advance in their scope of practice. The future of nursing needs to have educators that are willing to be there for them and support them toward the development and pursuit of excellence in the nursing field. I would like to see nurses and nursing students work toward using only evidence-based practice (EBP) at the bedside and encourage them to produce research not only at the bedside but in all areas of nursing.
