Presently employed with LAUSD in urban High School that I have been successful in my pedagogical practices, developed positive bond with students/community, but am troubled by unethical administrative trends, interested in alternative public education paradigms and eager to take part in reforms;I am considering P/T work, possibly F-T position in progressive programs for high need students (gifted, IEP, behavior/emotional problems from abuse, etc), particularly those who want to make transition into college or vocational schools.
