Mid-Level Technical Writer and Editor with Internal Communication Skills.

I am looking for a diverse role in Denver that will utilize my technical and creative writing and editing skills. I am a creative person who is passionate about internal communication, layout and design, creating newsletters and brochures, as well as training manuals, quick reference guides, and templates. I have trained employees to improve their writing skills, worked on a team to create a company style guide, and managed a document repository. While I am comfortable in the solitude of writing and editing, I also enjoy working with people at all organizational levels and being part of a team. My goal is to find a position where I can help an organization take their client deliverables from mediocre to extraordinary, to create easy-to-read, polished documents that clients will recognize as professional, and to create a company style that will foster consistent messages. I have great ideas for internal as well as external newsletters and would love to find the opportunity to start a newsletter from the ground up that would increase internal and external communication.
