Clinical Record Reviewer
My objective is to perform medical record reviews to assure documentation is compliant with charges, policies or procedures of the organization. To withdraw data from the medical record in order to determine if it is in compliance with the rules and regulations mandated by the various government agencies and within the organization. My career goal is to find an organization that allows me to have a certain amount of autonomy to perform the reviews, the freedom to identify discrepencies with solutions and the managerial support to get them initiated.
