I have achieved success in my career because of my ability to adapt and manage through change. In doing so, I have acquired strong leadership skills when working with diverse teams. I had acquired an extensive background in training and development of associates through effective communication. Through my many years of leadership, I have constantly been able to assemble the correct talent for a task based on their skill set to achieve the desired end result.
