My passion for the past seventeen years has been to discover the world’s best information, tools and techniques to improve cash flow, productivity, quality, and response time to customers through the use of Lean techniques and bring those to the companies that I served. I have been quite fortunate to learn from some of the very best teachers in the field, both Japanese and American, and to have had supervisors who supported me wholeheartedly and let me combine such learning with my independent research, practical trials, and practical contributions from thousands of individuals to help companies translate their strategic goals into tactical actions and then motivating and coaching ordinary employees to deliver extraordinary results and achieve levels of operational excellence they never thought possible. I am looking for a challenging opportunity to continue that wonderful, and at times, addictive, journey of Lean.
