Art Director

I have over 20 years of working in the creative/advertising/marketing field. I am interested in broadening my experience in other media. My experience falls into creative design for print media, concentrating design/production of retail advertising and publishing work. I am currently looking for a position in a creative environment that could utilize my management skills and would broaden my exposure to other medias. In my previous position at Metro Parent Magazine I managed the small creative department, along with redesigning all publications and directing the design of a website. I developed process flows, schedules, managed staff and the Art Department budget. While at Metro Parent I was able to reduce both the overtime and the art budget by 50% as well as increase the quality of all the publications. I have also been involved in designing print campaigns, instore signage and developing an instore presence among other projects for a variety of retailers. I am very familiar with quick turn arounds and tight schedules. I am very organized and am an expert at multi-tasking.
