-Subject Matter Expert to the Joint Automated Booking System (JABS) Program Management Office (PMO) for the Department of Justice. -Liaison and principal point of contact to federal law enforcement agencies (DEA, FBI, BOP, U.S. Marshals and ATF) and secondary consumers of JABS information (other Law Enforcement agencies (LEOs) and DOD). -In the last ten years, I have established effective working relationships with successive government and contract managers. Providing critical, institutional system knowledge to the PMO and contractor staff. -I also maintain a large network of contacts in the law-enforcement community where I have trained thousands of agents and support personnel at hundreds of sites across CONUS. Because I continue to support these offices, I often provide “early warning” of user trends and new requirements. -Hands on manager with proven multi-tasking skills for over 15 years. -I’m the person to turn to for a solution to difficult question or at least I know where to go to get the answer. I resolve problems when no one else wants to take on the problem.
