EDI Analyst

I am currently seeking a position in a company where I can grow and excel. I have excellent people skills. I love a challenge. I am a quick learner and a team player. I have been working in the Entertainment industry (EDI Division) for over 20 years.. Within this time frame I worked for Disney and Time Warner and have held several positions within one organization. My work experience extends from Information technology, Retail, Accounts Receivable and Payables, Purchasing, Medical, Banking and even Legal. Although I have quite a variety of experience, my main focus and interactions has been in the Electronic Data interchange department. While being in the EDI department I have provided excellent customer service/technical and administrative support. My reputation for superb organizational skills and excellent customer service representation keeps my customer base organized and their work flow moving at an even and steady pace. I possess the ability to maintain confidentiality of customer information, as well as the ability to provide Support to various departments. I also have worked very closely with Field Representatives to ensure the best quality for the customers. Over the years my main responsibilities was to be an EDI Liaison between the Business unit and the customer, vendor and carrier. I am bilingual, speaking Spanish fluently. My English skills are an equal match to my Spanish skill and I can flow easy and effectively between the two.
