14 years directing, designing, developing, estimating and implementing the organization, by fabricating and construction for private, commercial, health care, educational and government purposes. Directly controlled and supervised projects, operations and maintenance with the development and design of the physical facility promoting and procurement of efficient utilization of finances, inventory, materials, equipment, people, safety, security and energy, and the coordination of Administration, crews, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers with up to a 45 person staff. Orchestration facilitate of Client, architect and engineer interface, pro-active planning, contract negotiations and close out procedures, critical thinking, scheduling, JCO, work orders, budget analysis, quality control, teach and educate professionals and crew, marketing, private presentations & (public speaking), conduct inspections and evaluations.
