Accomplishments Developed a real-time Manufacturing ERP System at 3dCarbon to facilitate their dynamic growth in the Automotive Accessory market, with over a 20% increase in productivity and reliability in the overall process. Project Managed a state-of-the-art $3MM Logistics and Manufacturing SCM project for NISMEX to conform to Nissan North America '14 vehicle model standards. Nissan Mexico was suffering with poor quality and bad delivery of vehicles, and with the implementation of this AS400/Mainframe ERP business application and Data Warehousing Operational Dashboards of metrics, a 35% improvement in all processes and $1MM savings/year was quickly realized. Planned and executed move of data center and IT function to new location following acquisition of DAS. DAS was acquired and decision was made to relocate the HQ building, which included IT, to acquiring company's facility. Offset need to outsource move by volunteering to manage project. Developed detailed plan to replicate and move all hardware, software and infrastructure over six month period. Completed project within time and budget guidelines, with minimal downtime to daily operations, and at a $1.4MM cost savings versus outsourcing the project.
