Employment Objectives: I’m looking for a position in a Construction Company where I can expand on my Project Coordinator background. My experience with AutoCAD 2009, Cleanroom construction estimating and planning, purchasing and project coordination should provide a skill platform that can be built upon for general construction and design. Projects and Responsibilities: Here is a list of recent projects and the part I played in their success. Norwich Pharmaceuticals – Norwich NY. 2009 – Present I was responsible for coordinating and managing construction/redesign projects for Norwich Pharmaceuticals. These projects varied from simple $70K renovations to $1.5M new construction necessary for the introduction of new products to the company. This included managing the budget and various sub-contractors on a regular basis. Luminus Devices New Facility- Billerica, MA. 2007 The Billerica facility design and install was for a 2,150 square foot Class 10,000 installation; three laboratories and assorted office areas adjacent to the cleanroom. I produced the initial proposal drawings and attended numerous meetings with the client’s engineer to work out the details for the final design of the cleanroom, laboratories and office areas. This work included soliciting quotations on products that would ultimately be included in the installation. Upon design approval and project release I produced the construction permitting drawings and proceeded to purchase the HVAC, walls, ceiling, filters, lights and additional components for the construction of this facility. I visited the jobsite several times during construction to document change made in the construction process. These changes were incorporated into the final As-built drawings and included in the Operation and Maintenance Manuals that I produced for the customer. Luminus Devices, Suite F revision - Woburn, MA. 2007 The Luminus Devices, Suite F redesign and install was for a 175 square foot Class 10,000 add-on to an existing, functional, installation. I produced the initial proposal drawings and attended in-house meetings to work out the details for the final design of the cleanroom. This work included soliciting quotations on for the installation. Upon design approval and project release I produced the construction permitting drawings and proceeded to purchase the HVAC, walls, ceiling, filters, lights and additional components for the construction of this facility. Upon design approval and project release I produced the construction permitting drawings and proceeded to purchase the HVAC, walls, ceiling, filters, lights and additional components for the construction of this facility.
