To obtain a position responsible for conducting service order provisioning and activation activities for new and existing customers. Orders and coordinates the installation of DSO, DS1, DSL, and Data circuits. Facilitates service activation and changes through number porting, analog trunks, PBX configurations, complex directory listings, and switched long distance services. Maintains extensive contact with external customers, vendors, local exchange carriers (LEC’s) and other competitive local exchange carriers (CLEC’s) to ensure customers experience a smooth and timely transition to Integra service.
