SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS I have thirty-nine years of experience in engineering over 50% has been in Highway and Traffic Engineering. This includes planning and design of highway/traffic facilities and traffic control systems. I have also designed water and waste water systems, drainage on highways and streets, along with the construction management and inspection of numerous infrastructural projects. My computer skills consists of the usage of micro-computer traffic engineering, storm sewer and construction management software packages, including HCS, PASSER11-90, SIGNAL 94/TEPAC, EXPEDITION and others.
