My experience at Inspired Studios included restructuring the Accounting Dept., creating a Job Costing System, completed 15 months of past due Financial Statements (including 2 Certified Audits), establishing a 3 Million dollar Line of Credit with Israel Discount Bank, established working relationships with Royalty Artist, reviewed all Artist contracts, performed a Forensic Audit on the Balance Sheet and wrote off over $ 500,000 of unsupported items and created a Royalty Accounting Program. I eliminated over $ 750,000 of unnecessary expenses which caused Inspired to be profitable for the first time in 4 years. I also replaced the Accounting Firm and worked with Lawyers over several Artist Arbitration disputes. I creating a policy to write off Production Cost over the life of the product (which was approved by the outside Accounting Firm). My experience at Millar, New York Elevator, North Jersey Mechanical and Cetec all dealt with Project Billing (AIA's), reviewing and entering contracts and other related information into the system. I was also responsible for weekly project meetings to review actual billing and cost incurred as it related to the original contract or quoted budget..
