Nortel Employee of 17 years as a technical trainer, programmer, NOC Engineer
I have been working in the Telecommunication industry for over 17 years. For the past 6 years, I have been a Technical Trainer for Nortel’s Enterprise Healthcare products. I managed 3 graduates while a team-leader for the Healthcare Solutions. I have 5 years working in customer IT departments as a technical trainer, troubleshooter, and network engineer. As a technical Trainer for Healthcare, I was introduced to multiple products and services from medical records, ambulatory applications and billing. I started my Nortel career as a Patch Development Engineer. This is where I developed my skills for Legacy, transitioned into Succession, continued working on Wireless CDMA/UMTS, IOS P-MSC, and finally ended up with Enterprise products.
